Please can you attend if you are available because voting will take place at the AGM 2025 in regards to the following proposals for Stephensons Lake ONLY. If anyone would like to make any more proposals please say as soon. You will need a seconder signature for your proposal.
A PIN number will be sent out on the 27th NOV AM to all yearly members to renew digitally, members can also manually renew at the AGM.
Proposal 1 - Stephensons Lake
"No discussions to take place in meetings if topic is older than 12 months."
Proposal 2 - Stephensons Lake
“No braid, leadcore or fixed rigs to be used at all on Stephensons Lake.”
Proposal 3 - Stephensons Lake
“No bivvies or tents allowed on Stephensons Lake”
Going Digital
There may be a discussion about removing paper day tickets and leaving them digital. If we go digital the limit will be raised online to handle more day tickets currently sat at 4 per day.
Yearly Member Count
There has been no proposals to decrease or raise member count. It will stay at 150 members per calendar year.
Committee Members
HLAC long standing committee member Willy Walton (Chairman) will be standing down and the club is looking for a replacement. If you think you might want to put your name forward please do so at the AGM.
Match Secretary
HLAC is looking for a new match sec. If you think you have what it takes to organise matches home and away then please put your name forward at the AGM.
Lyons Lake
Discussions are STILL taking place about the outlet mesh to be installed. There are no proposals put forward by any member for this lake.
